Wil-Mar Products, Inc. warrants THE PIPE COLLAR against defects in manufacture for the life of the roofing system being installed.  This warranty is limited to the replacement of THE PIPE COLLAR only.  Wil-Mar Products, Inc. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, however caused.  THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
