Wil-Mar Products is owned and operated by Michael and Caitlin Bothman through RMN Industries. Michael Bothman earned his degree from the University of Arizona in 2008 and brings more than 16 years of operational leadership experience as the former Director of Operations at Wiseguys Custom Home Theater. His background in managing complex operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high quality standards laid the foundation for the next chapter of his career.

The decision to purchase Wil-Mar Products in September 2025 was driven by more than a business opportunity. Over nearly a decade as a customer, Michael developed a strong relationship with previous owner Marianne Sumter and came to appreciate the company’s commitment to producing dependable products backed by outstanding service. That experience inspired him to continue the legacy while investing in the future growth of the brand.

Today, Wil-Mar Products remains committed to the same principles that earned the trust of roofing professionals across the country. We believe every customer deserves prompt communication, dependable products, and a company that listens to their needs. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlin, and their three children. Their home is also shared with three dogs and, thanks to Caitlin, approximately 45 chickens.
